Continuing with her University and insurance qualifications around her adjusting assignments reinforced the work she completes on a day to day basis. Janene has studied commercial law and cost accounting which have provided her with the skills to identify the legal issues that might arise in a claim, and then understand and track the flow of costs arising.

Janene has proven her ability to handle complex loss scenarios and recognise the technical and practical issues that might arise. She has handled claims for a wide range of processing industries including poultry, seafood, meat, wine and beverages, pharmaceuticals and horticultural.
